Common Wealth Development, Inc. is a nonprofit community development corporation, seeking a seasoned real estate development professional to lead our Real Estate Development activities. In addition to overseeing real estate development projects and opportunities, an ideal candidate will have management experience overseeing housing and maintenance staff, experience oversee compliance and reporting, rent collections and financial management, supervision, program planning, and budgeting. This is a full-time position at 40 hours.
