Job Description


Title:  Marketing & Community Services Coordinator

Reports to: Executive Director


Overview

 

The Marketing & Community Services Coordinator will work directly with the Executive Director and have responsibility for oversight and execution of Pennsylvania Center for Employee Ownership marketing, communications, marketplace research, public relations, media plans, and community interface as directed.

 

Team Member

 

The Coordinator will be an active, self-starter and dedicated Team Member, at all times promoting the positive message of Employee Ownership, and the value to our Citizens, our Communities, our Society, and the Economy as a whole.

 

Marketing, Media & Communications

 

  • Assist in development and execution of Marketing Plans
  • Responsibility for managing and updating the PaCEO Website
  • Assist to develop, update, manage and execute the PaCEO Social Media Plan
  • Work with PaCEO PR Firm
  • Develop appropriate articles and informational blurbs as directed by ED for publication
  • Assist with creation and preparation of newsletters, blogs and other communications
  • Interface with local community groups to coordinate joint programs.
  • Participate in execution of educational programs
  • Create new digital and print marketing materials

 

Administrative Coordination

 

  • Assist to create materials for advertising, conferences and displays
  • Compile Collateral and Branding Materials as required
  • Assist at conferences and exhibitions, as needed
  • Manage, grow and update PaCEO List
  • Do appropriate research/spreadsheet compilation for List Development
  • Administrative assistance as requested
  • Assist in creation and execution of Surveys

 

Development

 

  • Conduct research on funding sources as requested
  • Compile Grant and Foundation information as requested 

 

Other

  • Perform other tasks as requested by ED.


Required Skills:

 

  • Self-Starter
  • Commitment to social improvement
  • MS Office Suite
  • Google Suite a plus
  • Social Media skills a plus
  • Website (3rd Party – WordPress) familiarity
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong time manager
  • Marketing or public relations experience a plus
  • Some limited travel may be required


Compensation: $40,000 per annum & benefits
