The Executive Director is responsible for the development of plans, budgets, sets ambitious operational and fundraising goals with measurable objectives, and manages the delivery of results against those goals and objectives.

The Executive Director provides leadership and guidance to the staff; attracts, retains and motivates volunteers; and personally takes the lead in performing key tasks him/herself.

The Executive Director reports to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.

The NAF is open to discussing a part-time or other flexible work arrangement. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
