International V-Label Partner Support

Role Summary

The V-Label department in Germany is looking for a person that supports our international V-Label partners in onboarding and daily business questions and conducts own projects to improve quality, income and efficiency of the V-Label.

Responsibilities

• Support of international partners in daily business questions
• Support of international partners during onboarding
• conducting own projects to improve quality, income and efficiency of the V-Label (projects depending on qualification and interest)

Competencies

• Experience in customer service with focus on food certification
• Good verbal and written German Language skills (minimum C2)
• Good written and verbal English skills (minimum C1)
• Good project management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Good communication skills
• Good intercultural competence
• You can work independently
• Pro-active problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential improvement

ProVeg is a food awareness organisation with the mission to reduce global animal consumption by 50% by the year 2040. We are active in eight countries across four continents and are growing rapidly. We work with governments, private companies, public institutions, medical professionals, and the public to help the world transition to a more plant-based society and economy that is sustainable for humans, animals, and our planet.

V-Label GmbH in Switzerland, as the owner of the trademark rights, coordinates the international cooperation on the V-Label. The V-Label has been an internationally recognized and protected trademark since 1996. All decisions are made in cooperation with the vegetarian and vegan organizations involved (e.g. Swissveg, ProVeg e.V., VGÖ). Since most of the certification work takes place locally in the individual countries, the majority of the income remains locally, usually around 90 percent. This allows the control work to be carried out professionally and local organizations to be supported. A licence fee goes to V-Label GmbH in Winterthur to maintain brand protection and to extend it to other countries and product categories. In addition, the company also co-finances the international advertising for the V-Label, operates the international website and databases and ensures through coordination that the controls are equally strict in all countries.
