The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) is seeking a recent college graduate to support both the Communications and Practice Resources departments.
Under the guidance of the Vice President, Communications and Practice Resources, the Coordinator will produce APIC’s weekly eNews, manage the approval of IP Updates written by the Communications Committee, and handle other tasks related to website updates. The Coordinator will manage inventory for all print and digital products in APIC’s Practice Resources department under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Practice Resources. The Coordinator will also support customer service efforts, ensuring that the department’s order fulfillment/customer service vendor is meeting APIC standards and that all customer issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Qualified candidates will offer a bachelor’s degree with previous content management system experience in an association and/or nonprofit setting.
