Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey, Inc. (CSPNJ), a behavioral health nonprofit agency that is peer led, seeks a Program Manager to oversee the day to day operations of an enhanced supportive housing program serving individuals recently released from a state psychiatric hospital and based in Asbury Park, NJ. Program Manager will supervise the direct service team to ensure exceptional services are being delivered. Team will provide services geared toward empowering tenants to live independently and work toward realizing their full potential. Responsible to provide services consistent with the agencies mission, vision, values, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Principles and the concept of recovery.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field. Excellent written and verbal skills, strong assessment skills and organizational skills are a must. Ability to manage crisis; strong computer skills and valid drivers’ licenses and acceptable driving record is required.
