The Advancement Director is responsible for planning, organizing, direct and conducting all facets of annual fund development, including the annual appeal and fundraising events. The Advancement Director will develop and implement the development strategies that provide the necessary financial resources to achieve Wyman’s strategic goals. This position will report to and partner with Wyman’s Sr. VP of Advancement. A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Non-Profit Management is preferred, with 5-10 years of fundraising and supervisory experience.
