The SF SPCA is looking for a Client Contact Center Supervisor to be part of our awesome contact center team on our Mission campus. Our team handles over 150,000 inbound calls, thousands of emails and faxes annually and is constantly developing and expanding services to our clients. This individual provides guidance to our Contact Center Associates and clients regarding the organization's programs and services. For the right fit, there is potential for growth in this role. Experience in a veterinary clinic is a plus.
This position is non-exempt, full-time, and will work evenings up to 7pm and at least one weekend day.
