Description

The Office Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the

ACLU of Virginia office. Under the supervision of the Director of Finance & Administration, the Office

Assistant provides clerical and administrative support for various teams, primarily Legal, Administration

and Development. The position requires flexibility, positivity, and an ability to juggle multiple

assignments with varying deadlines. The successful applicant demonstrates professionalism, superior

organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and an ability to communicate well with co-workers and

clients.
