The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) is seeking a strong Controller to ensure division/organizational goals and objectives are met by analyzing and maintaining schedules and systems. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller is a hands-on financial leader who will assist with completing administrative duties related to organizational financial needs and act as a liaison with other departments to maintain reliable financial reports for the organization.

NBAA seeks candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related area with at least seven years of accounting experience in a computerized environment plus at least three years in a supervisory role. Qualified candidates will offer competence with automated accounts receivable, database systems, credit card processing, and payroll plus demonstrated familiarity with the principles of not-for-profit accounting.
