Description

U.S. PIRG Content Creator

Creative Team for The Public Interest Network

Do you believe the power of story can help change the world? So do we.

For example, every day there’s someone making a decision — in Washington, D.C., a state capitol, or a corporate boardroom — that will affect all of us. It could be about our health, our safety, or our consumer protections. Special interest groups spend billions of dollars to influence these decisions. Someone needs to speak up, to make sure those decisions are made in the public interest.

That’s why the Creative Team for The Public Interest Network is hiring a Content Creator — to tell the stories of the campaigns that U.S. PIRG is running to stand up for the public interest. And to tell those stories in ways that capture attention and motivate people to act.

If you care about important issues like making sure Facebook and Equifax protect our personal information, reducing the food industry's overuse of antibiotics, and promoting a 'zero waste' approach to recycling and trash, and you want to use your communication skills to impact these issues, we’d like to talk to you.
