Position — Administrative Assistant

Description

This is a full-time benefitted office administration position.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the team, performing regular office functions
  • Responsible for maintaining paperwork and process flows for interments and cremations, including creating digital records and filing important documents
  • Interacting professionally with vendors and families in person, over the phone, and by email
  • Distributing incoming mail and preparing ourgoing mail
  • Ordering and maintianing office supplies
  • Various related customer service duties
  • Assists in other tasks as directed

Compensation

  • 40 Hours/week hourly rate with some overtime
  • 80/20 Health/Dental/Vision insurance
  • Long and short term disability

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 Years of experience performing relevant administrative tasks
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and a respectful demeanor
  • Must have good organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good typing skills are beneficial
  • Other skills such as bilingual in English and Chinese is valuable
