LifeWire is a dynamic, innovative non-profit organization serving survivors of domestic violence in King County, Washington. We offer opportunity and hope through unique and compassionate services. We are looking for a Mental Health Services Manager to lead our therapeutic services team.
A successful candidate will – with her/his team – design and direct mental health services, work directly with survivors, and supervise two therapists. A successful candidate will also understand DV and trauma informed therapy, recognizing the barriers survivors face and helping to mitigate those barriers. Our Manager must be fully licensed by the State of Washington as a mental health professional (LMHC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) and have the training and ability to supervise therapists. While not required, professionals with EMDR training will be preferred.
