Center for Family Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Coordinator for the Indemand Program. The Indemand program provides Camden participants with a life skills curriculum focused on job readiness and tailored to some of the areas that Camden City employers have identified as most important. The Program Coordinator oversees three central focus areas 1) intensive job skills training 2) workforce employability skills curriculum 3) extensive support services. This position works closely with internal and external partners and employers, and will serve approximately 100+ participants.


Essential Functions and responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to enroll 100+ participants into the program
  • Coordinate community outreach efforts
  • Ensure program meets programmatic standards and outcomes
  • Enroll participants into program and ensure proper documentation procedures are followed
  • Create program schedule and materials
  • Review changes to social supports/employment/academic situations and advise of changes to developed plans
  • Monitor and records student information in data system
  • Ensure proper participant assessments are conducted and recorded
  • Lead weekly team meetings
  • Work with the Pathways to Success Manager to provide data and reporting measures
  • Lead classes and workshops
  • Coordinate program “accountability night”, weekly career exposure workshops and occasional job fairs
  • Work closely with internal CFS staff and partners to provide seamless services to students
  • Lead efforts to promote college/career culture among participants and staff
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working with program population
  • 3-5 years teaching and supervisory experience with program population preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking
  • Case Management experience preferred
  • Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years
  • Vehicle with current insurance and registration
