JFF’s Postsecondary (PS) team works at the intersection of policy and practice to dramatically increase the number of students who complete community college and earn credentials with high value in the labor market. The PS team provides a comprehensive suite of products and services to help a growing network of state community college systems create the policy conditions and statewide infrastructure needed to help institutions bring to scale evidence-based student success reforms, such as guided pathways.

About You!

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager, Postsecondary Policy with at least five years of experience in postsecondary policy and research and a passion for strengthening economic mobility and closing equity gaps. Our team welcomes a collaborative Senior Program Manager who has proven skills in policy research and analysis, writing policy briefs and memos, advising clients on policy and advocacy strategies, convening stakeholders, and managing work flow.

We think our new SPM will:

·      Have a bachelor’s degree

·      Be willing to travel up to 30 percent

·      Be a self-starter who can keep track of multiple ongoing projects
