Position Overview:
Chicago HOPES for Kids is seeking a strategic, results-driven Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding awareness, raising funds, and fostering sustainable growth for the organization. This key leadership role will drive the development and execution of communication strategies, fundraising campaigns, and corporate partnerships to support our mission. The Development Manager will play a critical role in shaping organizational goals and will work closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, Associate Board, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Chicago HOPES for Kids’ vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Benefits include employer cost share for voluntary health, dental and vision benefits through Blue Cross Blue Shield IL; ten days vacation and ten days personal/sick time annually (prorated based on start date); and simple IRA retirement plan with up to 3% of salary organizational match.
