The Wellness Services Manager (WSM) oversees and manages all wellness services for the Pee Dee Regional Office in both the Georgetown and Horry County locations, including: food pantry, Save A Smile, CSFP (Senior Boxes), Rural Outreach/Produce Distributions, Nutrition Education, Mobile Pantry, Summer Feeding, and Pregnancy Case Management/Family Services. WSM is responsible for grant management and budgeting related to these services in their program. WSM supervises all employees under this program including: client advocate, wellness specialists, interns, and Americorps positions. WSM is also responsible for all reporting to grant funders, regional coordinator, community, etc. for programming related to their services.

Excellent supervision, organization, budgeting/grant writing, and leadership skills are essential. Knowledge of MS Office and basic budgeting and supervision. Must have 2-5 years business experience in social services environment or in a health related field. Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, business, liberal arts, human services field, or in other related social service field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience required. Master's degree preferred. Bi-lingual or minimum English-Spanish skills is a plus for the position. Knowledge of Catholic social teaching required. Excellent benefits with generous paid time off.
