If you’re ready for the brightest career future, join us in this excellent opportunity to showcase your talents. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst for our Human Resources department. 


  • Process all salary change requests including calculating retroactive, final and advanced vacation payments
  • Process all payroll change requests including direct deposit, tax withholdings, 401k & 457, transit check, political action, union dues, gym memberships and Benefit Fund Staff Association (BFSA) dues
  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, which includes transmitting, receiving and translating files
  • Process all manual checks, prepare and sort all paychecks for distribution
  • Audit all electronic timesheets in ADP eTime to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Manually data enter timesheets into ADP
  • Process all wage garnishments, including communicating with the employee, setting up the garnishments in ADP Enterprise and ensuring the proper execution of all garnishments
  • Process all Pension, Disability and Life Insurance inquiries
  • Input and management of Oracle requisitions, including monthlies, benefits, Transit Chek and ADP services
  • Handle subpoena requests for employee information
  • Process all wire transfers for Transit Check and 401k & 457Plans
  • Create reports using ADP queries and ADP Reporting
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
  • Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality


  • Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or related field or equivalent years of experience required
  • Minimum two (2) years of payroll experience with payroll systems (ADP Enterprise) required
  • Basic skill level in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in spreadsheet and data processing required
  • Knowledge of federal and state payroll wage garnishment laws required
  • Knowledge of basic payroll regulations and payroll procedures required
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure
