·      Other Event/Meeting Coordination - coordinating meetings with and between YAC members/alumni, grantees, prospective organizations, staff, recipients of YAC consulting services, and/or the Board of Directors—playing both a facilitation and administrative support role;

·      Grantmaking Administration – overseeing grantmaking administration for the full life-cycle of the YAC grantmaking portfolio, from organizational vetting and application due diligence to program evaluation and grantee support; and

·      Other Program and Grantmaking Support - beyond the YAC program itself, other duties and responsibilities include advancing the Foundation’s grantmaking, especially those programs that are community-centered and participatory in nature and working in partnership with other Snap Foundation staff for research/program support.

Qualifications:

·      An orientation towards collaboration, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with multiple constituencies, including youth, staff, board members, and other community members;

·      an ability to think critically and creatively problem-solve;

·      personal or professional experience that demonstrates hard work, motivation, and self-direction;

·      comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;

·      a bachelor’s degree or at least three years of experience directly related to one or more of the program duties articulated above;

·      deep understanding of community engagement and human development best practices,
