Description

Employment Horizons, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Director of Operations. This position is responsible for supervising all aspects of a fulfillment center employing individuals with disabilities. Previous supervisory experience in a fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar customer-driven business setting preferred. Ability to develop quotes, oversee department finances, supervise department staff, motivate employees and program participants, and provide high quality customer service required.


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

-BA/BS degree in business, manufacturing, or related field required.

-Two years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or other similar customer-driven business 

-Excellent leadership and managerial skills

-Excellent analytical and math skills

-Excellent time management skills

-Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills

-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

-Ability to anticipate a problem and develop strategies in advance

-Agility in multi-tasking

-Excellent organizational skills

-Excellent listening and verbal/written communication skills

-High degree of common sense and good judgment

-Ability to work independently

-Knowledge of disabilities or previous work with individuals with disabilities not required but considered favorably
