Position Title: Executive Assistant                                         Reports To: Chief Executive Officer 

Location: Remote, New Braunfels preferred                      FLSA Status: Part Time, Contract

The Position 

The Executive Assistant is an integral part of the Operations team, providing support for the Chief Executive Officer. This person is a critical, strategic thinker who practices forward thinking through the management of schedules, communication, and other tasks as needed.  

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to CEO 
  • Relay directives, instructions and assignments to staff 
  • Coordinate Board and Board committees’ communication  
  • Manage travel and schedule, including meetings scheduled and arrangement of conference rooms 
  • Prepare agenda and other items for meetings 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Two or more years or executive support experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization 
  • Proven organizational skills 
  • Proven experience coordinating electronic communications 
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, ASANA, and Microsoft Office Suite
