As part of its commitment to supporting the professional development and growth of its staff, ActBlue will be building out systems and processes to support internal and external development opportunities. The Talent Development Operations Manager will support the development of systems and the execution of professional development and growth efforts by owning administration of PD budgets, professional growth technology, and Confluence resources. Success for this role will be defined by staff engagement with resources and development of key processes and policies. This is a new role that will report to the Talent Development Partner.

LOCATION AND COMPENSATION
ActBlue’s headquarters are located in Davis Square in Somerville, MA, just a few blocks from Boston’s MBTA Red Line train. This posting is for a full-time, in office, salaried position based in Somerville, MA, though we are open to discussion about remote work for the right candidate. We are authorized to support remote work in California, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, or Washington DC.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
