Bachelor of Social Work degree and one year of human services experience; or Associate degree and two years of human service experience. High school diploma with extensive experience and knowledge of entitlements and benefits. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Under the general supervision of the Program Director, assist in the overall administration of the Program. Provide direct client advocacy and access services including assessment, information and referral, entitlement counseling, outreach services, translations, and case assistance. Coordinate and participate in Educational and Recreation activities.
> Provide information, entitlement counseling, outreach services and case assistance.
> Assist with Education and Recreation activities.
> Compile statistics, prepare reports, and keep attendance and other required records.
> Entry daily, weekly and monthly units of services on the database program PeerPlace.
> Represent agency in community and interagency activities.
> Participate in training activities.
> Coordinate Senior Aide, Arbor Care, Title V’s schedules
> Performs any other duties as required
