The National PKU Alliance, a national non-profit rare disease organization is expanding and needs to hire a dynamic, detail oriented and extremely organized assistant in Eau Claire, WI . This position will mainly provide administrative support in the organization’s fundraising program, national events, conferences and to the Executive Director. Responsibilities: donation processing, database management, managing on-line registration systems, gift receipting and volunteer coordination. This full-time home office based opportunity allows a flexible schedule. Must be located in Eau Claire area. Requirements: associate’s degree, experience in providing administrative support, excellent writing, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
The salary range for this position is $24,000 - $27,000 annually with additional year-end bonus structure based on meeting goals. Benefits include paid holidays, sick time, vacation time and short term and long-term disability. Future benefit may include health care. This position is very flexible as all NPKUA staff work out of a home office environment
