Job Description: ABC's Youth Services is looking for Outreach Workers/Youth Advocates for its therapeutic afterschool program. The Outreach Worker/Youth Advocates will be responsible for conducting youth outreach and advocacy, coordinating and organizing activities for the afterschool program, and supervising youth participants. They will also serve as positive role models and mentors for at-risk youth and respond to youth when needed if a situation outside of the program arises. 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience working with at-risk youth and diffusing/negotiating conflict. Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus.
