Who are we looking for?
College Track is searching for motivated, committed, and creative leaders who steadfastly believe that all students are born with the potential to graduate from college. These leaders must be devoted to working relentlessly to ensure that all College Track students develop the skills needed to succeed in high school, college, and beyond. Coaches will be individuals who thrive on challenges and opportunities and have the ability to connect at a deep level with the students and the work. This role is especially impactful for current college students, recent college graduates, and prospective graduate students seeking hands-on experience in the youth development, non-profit, or education fields.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the College Access Director (CAD), the College Admissions and Writing Coach is responsible for supporting the vision and implementation of the College program, ensuring that all students complete competitive and well-rounded college applications to Best Fit Colleges across California and the United States. CACs work with the CAD to successfully implement the College Access (CA) program and ensure that departmental goals are met in the following program components:

You will also have the opportunity to participate in professional development with others dedicated to creating a more just education system.
