Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center (Eagle Rock / ERS), is seeking an experienced and passionate Dean of Restorative Practices. The Dean of Restorative Practices will be student-centered, will integrate restorative practices into staff and student responsibilities, and will embody our commitment to antiracism and social justice in their work and personal presence. Ultimately, the goal of this position will be to strengthen the Eagle Rock community by bridging conflict, mending relationships, and repairing harm through inclusive processes that engage all stakeholders. The Dean of Restorative Practices will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and evaluation of restorative justice programs at Eagle Rock. They will develop and expand program offerings and will design and facilitate trainings for students and staff. The responsibilities of this position can be summarized into three priority areas: Proactive/Preventative Engagement, Responsive Restorative Practices, and Restorative Practices Training. The Dean of Restorative Practices will play a significant role in reinforcing our school culture and values through a restorative lens.
