HR Specialist Lead $2,885.00 bi-weekly BA or higher
This position serves as a member of the MSHS Central Office team to provide oversight and support for the Human Resources Area for all Migrant Seasonal Head Start services in all regions and states. Works to support systems integration of content area specialist leads that support activities and design tools and systems for effective practice. Implements a process of ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement for achieving program goals and works to strengthen overall program quality and service delivery. Works closely with NIM Lead Site Manager, Site Managers, assigned CDI Content Area Specialist Leads, Regional Program Directors and regional content area teams to communicate and coordinate ongoing issues and needs within each region and allocate resources and develop capacity to address critical priorities. This position has overall responsibility for assuring the implementation of planning, administration, evaluation, support services, related reporting functions and successful service area operations for the entire program in the assigned service area: human resources. The position coordinates with other specialists in the areas of facilities, transportation, technology and content areas to provide qualified staff and volunteers, reliable, healthy and safe environments and services to children and families and support the goals of the program. Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with some relevant experience in human resources. The individual must possess a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. SHRM credential preferred.
