Administrative & Fiscal Specialist

Community based, mission-driven hospice seeks a Administrative & Fiscal Specialist to join its growing administrative team. Our not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organization has an opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and resourceful individual. Candidate must have strong communication and time management skills and be eager and willing to handle the diverse responsibilities of the job with a helpful, professional attitude, and a friendly demeanor.

Job Responsibilities:

The Administrative & Fiscal Specialist provides administrative support for the HCA Services and Fiscal Departments, ensuring full compliance with Good Shepherd procedures and regulatory agency requirements.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, well-organized individual with ability to multi-task. Precise attention to detail required.
  • Experience with working with Excel, Google Suite and Electronic Medical Records is a plus.
