Discovery Programs is an early childhood and after-school youth arts center seeking a full-time Office Manager and Assistant to the Director. Applicants must have experience working in a fast paced environment in both group settings and independently. The position requires computer fluency, excellent writing skills, a strong background in early childhood or arts education, a high level of organization, and above all superb communication skills. Main responsibilities include database management, registration, organizing schedules, administrating school communications and event coordination. Social media expertise and design experience is a plus. Applicants must have the ability to multitask and prioritize, and love working with families and children.
