We are now seeking an Assistant Director of our PROS program to join us and help us continue our organizational vision and achieve the agency’s mission of enhancing the quality of life of older adults and to foster their independent living through the delivery of comprehensive mental health and supportive services, advocacy and education
The Assistant Director for PROS reports to the Senior VP for PROS, and assists with the supervision of the day to day operations of PROS, including ensuring person-centered and strength based recovery oriented service delivery. The Assistant Director will work in concert with the Senior VP in the coordination of programming and the supervision of PROS staff.
The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in social work, or related human services field with significant experience working with a people with severe and persistent mental illness; experience with group work is strongly preferred as is experience working with electronic health records and documentation.
