Join the Admissions Team at The Franklin Institute, one of the leading science centers and museums in the country and the most visited museum in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are looking for outgoing, and enthusiastic people to join us as we host the upcoming exhibition, Vikings: Beyond the Legend.
The ideal candidate will have superior customer service and communication skills as well as experience as a cashier. Customer service experience in an attraction venue and/or proficiency with the Gateway ticketing system is a plus.
The Sales and Service Representative’s primary responsibility will be to sell tickets to our guests visiting the Museum. Team members will provide excellent customer service and assist with Guests as they plan their day visiting The Franklin Institute, and will suggest activities and experiences that work best for the guest while they visit.
This is a temporary position through March 2019. Hours will vary, but mostly weekends and some evening work will be required. Schedules will mostly be 15-20 hours per week.
