As a member of the Career Advancement team, the Hiring Partnerships Manager cultivates relationships with companies that hire C4Q alumni. The Hiring Partnerships Manager drives placement and long-term career success with partner companies.


The Hiring Partnerships Manager will:

  • Build, manage, and retain hiring partnerships with established tech companies, startups, dev shops, and firms across industries that offer tech roles (from prospecting to conversion and retention)
  • Work directly with the Director of Career Advancement to manage towards ambitious hiring partnership goals
  • Develop hiring partnership strategies that drive student placement results
  • Work closely with Career Advancement Managers to match career opportunities with appropriate fellows and alumni
  • Cultivate up-to-date listing of employment opportunities at hiring partners
  • Manage hiring events such as facilitated interviews
  • Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovative marketing communication plans that reach employer partners and achieve both C4Q and partner goals
  • Add value to the Access Code Program by synthesizing trends from employer feedback and providing forward-looking recommendations about technical and non-technical curriculum to continually improve job placement outcomes and create value in alumni job arcs
  • Identify areas of additional value add to our partners and to C4Q

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 3-5 years experience in sales/relationship management/account management/marketing
  • Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and/or hiring managers within client organizations
  • Proven track record of exceeding partnership or revenue goals
  • Ability to analyze data and trends in order to derive optimal sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills- able to track and manage multiple threads at once and to consistently respond in a timely and effective manner                                                 
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor and business excellence
