Please note, this job will start out part-time with only some of the duties listed below being performed. However, the vision is for the role to grow to include all these responsibilities as the organization grows. We understand that not all of these responsibilities can be fulfilled in one week on a part-time schedule.

The Program Operations Manager plays a critical role at the Samuel Eto’o Foundation by ensuring we remain in compliance with all government and funder guidelines as well as performing a variety of administrative and programmatic duties. Duties include grant management, donor and board communication, acting as a liaison between members of the international team, and supporting the CEO and Board President. This is a part-time, flexible position for someone with strong written and oral communications skills who is able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. The ideal candidate will speak English and French at a conversation level.

Duties

·       Manage compliance with federal and state regulations related to non-profit status.

·       Coordinate special events and fundraising activities.

·       Manage grant administration including writing and submitting proposals and reports, tracking deadlines and deliverables, and maintaining accurate records for all grants.

·       Maintain donor and funder database.

·       Manage donor relationships including donor stewardship, identifying new donors, and ensuring all donations are recorded and acknowledged in a timely fashion.

·       Report on all activities and programs to donors and funders.

·       Work with international team to update data on programs.

·       Assist international team with supplies, information, and events.

·       Coordinate social media and marketing materials.

·       Manage volunteers.

·       Act as organization liaison to lawyers and accountants in USA when CEO is not available.

·       Develop procedures and practices to ensure growing non-profit organization is effective in meeting its mission.

Qualifications

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience with grant writing/administration.

·       At least 2 years’ experience in non-profits.

·       Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, and Dropbox.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

·       Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work independently.

·       Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse, international team.

·       Fluent in French and English.

Salary

This position is part-time and will pay an hourly rate of $25 an hour.

Benefits
