Want to make a difference in the life of a child/teen?  That’s what we do at the Key Program!  We are seeking an Outreach & Tracking Caseworker to work with teens and their families who live in the Merrimack Valley and North Shore areas of Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire.  Key’s mission is to assist children and their families in developing positive life skills so they may pursue productive and rewarding lives.

The Key Program is CDC compliant and takes every precaution to stop the exposure and spread of COVID-19.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field (i.e. psychology, social work, sociology, criminal justice, human development, human services, etc.) and one year direct care experience 
  • All candidates must be 21 years of age or older; possess a valid state drivers license; and have a legally registered and insured car for work use
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
  • All candidates must have the ability to work a varied and rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekend shifts.

PAY AND BENEFITS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Outreach & Tracking Caseworker (OTCW) works independently as part of the regional treatment team to execute services for clients and families referred by the Department of Children & Families (DCF), develops supportive client relationships emphasizing attainment of client treatment goals; provides advocacy in the areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family/foster family intervention; coordinates clinical services; utilizes community resources; participates in community recreational activities with clients; establishes aftercare plans.
