The NYU McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research is looking for a full-time Program Manager for the randomized controlled trial: “Treating Maternal PTSD to Enhance Parenting and Reduce Maltreatment Recidivism: Safe Mothers, Safe Children (SMSC).” This study, an exciting collaboration between the Administration for Child Services and NYU, aims to improve the identification, case management, and treatment of mothers with trauma-related disorders who are raising young children and receiving child welfare preventive services to reduce the risk of repeat maltreatment and improve positive parenting.
Working with a team of clinicians and research staff, reporting to the Project Director, the Program Manager supports day-to-day study operations.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $58,000- $75,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
Please note: this is a grant-funded position with the opportunity for ongoing renewal reviewed on an annual basis. This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
Currently, NYU McSilver is operating on a hybrid schedule, all staff are expected to be on-site 3 days a week.
