    Reports: Reports to Chief Executive Officer, National Director and works in partnership with Clinical Director.

    Location: In-Person, Far Rockaway, Queens, NY

    Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 contingent upon experience

    General Summary: Black Women’s Blueprint is looking for a part-time NYS Licensed Social Worker to join our rapidly expanding Mobile Crisis Team. This position has excellent benefits.

    Black Women’s Blueprint is seeking a compassionate, experienced NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our expanding Mobile Crisis Team. The LCSW will focus on the Sistas Van, our wheelchair-accessible Mobile Healing Unit, dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual violence, trafficking, reproductive violence, and abuse. This role combines field outreach, crisis intervention, and support, helping individuals and families access necessary mental health services. Benefits are excellent, and the role will require both in-person and remote work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and discharge planning.
    • Provide clinical assessments and short-term psychotherapy for a diverse population, including children, youth, and families.
    • Conduct community outreach and educational activities.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate client care.
    • Maintain PowerBase data for tracking client progress and reporting.
    • Respond to calls on our 24-hour hotline and provide telehealth services as needed.
    • Data Collection & Case Management:
    • Document and report data accurately per organizational policy.
    • Support with case management, including post-acute referrals and tracking client outcomes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • MSW with a valid NYS LCSW license or permit.
    • 1+ year experience in social work; strong clinical and crisis intervention skills.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
    • Experience with CRM/EHR systems is preferred; PowerBase knowledge is a plus.
    • Bilingual (Spanish or French Creole) candidates are encouraged to apply.

    Additional Requirements:

    Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

    Ability to travel locally and nationally, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
