Digital Analytics and Personalization Manager

Are you a data evangelist, passionate about transforming metrics into meaningful insights that tell a story? ACOG, the leading membership organization dedicated to the improvement of women's health, is looking for a Digital Analytics and Personalization Manager. This new role within the Marketing and Communications department will drive insightful, data-driven decision making across ACOG's digital platforms for a variety of audiences —tying together insights from multiple digital sources including website, email, social, communities, and mobile app.
This role—which will build out an analysis and reporting strategy, put KPIs and standards in place, and act as champion and touch-point for metrics—is pivotal in the transformation of ACOG's digital presence, which is part of ACOG's multi-year strategic plan.
Data Strategy, Mining and Reporting.
- Advance the adoption of data-driven strategy. Generate innovative ideas for how ACOG integrates data, technology, and analytics to help make informed decisions.
- Analyze data and develop insights. Mine data from across a range of digital platforms—including email, website, communities, mobile app and social media—and conceptualize and create reports and dashboards on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with ACOG's internal stakeholders to identify tracking and reporting requirements based on specific strategies, and build out appropriate tags, reports and visualizations to deliver actionable and valuable information.
Personalization and Targeting. Manage website and other digital personalization to ensure content served to members is relevant, accurate and timely. Design testing methodologies to track effectiveness of approaches and drive continual improvement. Use data to identify and implement personalization opportunities to improve member marketing and communication customization.
Data Partner and Evangelist. Serve as a consultative partner to internal clients and act as a data champion for digital platforms and decision-making around content, marketing and other communications, supporting and empowering product owners to use analytics for driving sales and engagement.
Data Landscape. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital analytics, personalization, targeting and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of advanced, innovative solutions focused on improving ACOG's digital reach.
Data Source management. Manage and make recommendations on improvements to ACOG's analytics platforms to ensure ACOG takes advantage of the most recent features and functionality—including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Sitecore Analytics. Lead integration of digital data sources for reporting purposes, work closely with IT to integrate relevant digital metrics into ACOG's data lake.
