PROJECT COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Consultant Position: 25 hours per week

Reports to: Senior Project Manager

Location: Philadelphia Children’s Alliance, Philadelphia, PA//remote as needed

Purpose:

The role of the Project Coordinator is to work collaboratively and support members of the PCA Leadership Team. The role is that of a generalist and will require the individual to be flexible, intuitive and self-directed. The twenty-five hour a week position will be adjusted on an as needed basis however, PCA will have an expectation that the individual is available to help in accomplishing priority projects.

General Responsibilities:

The Project Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks and and technology support of the PCA Leadership team.

Included in this are the following:

·        Assisting with organizing and coordinating Human Resource related items and files

·        Organizing meetings for team members

·        Assisting the Senior Project manger with IT related functions

·        Assisting the Director of Development with tasks

·        Assisting the Executive Director with tasks


Skill sets needed:

·        Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative setting

·        Commitment to the values and mission of the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance

·        Dependability in following through on projects within set timeframes

·        Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

·        Being proactive and self-directed

·        Timeliness and punctuality


• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Power point & Publisher) and

Information Technology applications (e.g. Wordpress, Salesforce, Zoom, Social Media).

Salary based on qualifications and experience. There are no benefits offered with the position except for prorated PTO.
