PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Serve as the Efforts-to-Outcomes (ETO) Database Administrator, overseeing the implementation, training, maintenance, and management of the case management software.

• Collaborate with Program Directors and end-users to ensure data integrity and facilitate program performance management activities.

• Collaborate with all levels of program staff to determine which assessments to use to measure the priority outcomes indicated on the program’s logic model. This position maintains working knowledge of ECS program goals, outputs and outcomes. 

• Investigate and recommend innovative products, tools, and technologies that will enhance performance and quality in the organization’s data collection.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree, with at least two (2) years of experience in the following areas: program evaluation, database administration/management, and data collection. Any reasonable equivalent of combined education and experiences may be considered.

• Must have knowledge and experienced working with case management data systems; ETO is a plus. 

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 

• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong project management skills. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and execute tasks while maintaining required deadlines. 

• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated skills in process improvement.

• Ability to communicate with and train a wide variety of audiences; experiencing teaching or training adults is a plus. 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to all audiences.

• Ability to rapidly learn new software; experience with PowerBI is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Access and Outlook. Advanced proficiency in Excel. 

• Social Work, Human Services, or other non-profit experience highly desirable. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and monitor data collection in a way that enables the agency to manage and inform the achievement of strong outcomes for our participants.

• Analyze and develop workflow models across departments to document how data is collected and find opportunities for process improvement. 

• Coordinate and support communication and meetings with stakeholders regarding implementation of efficiency or efficacy improvements. 

• Design, pilot and implement evaluation tools including surveys, interview guides, observation tools and focus group protocol. 

• Manage user accounts and designate appropriate levels of access.

• Provide ongoing training on the ETO database to program staff.

• Create and maintain updated manuals to support ECS staff and leadership users of ETO. 

• Monitor data accuracy and completeness, including drilling down into data program-by-program. Responsible for data integrity, including monitoring duplicates and improper end-user use. 

• Troubleshoot ETO software as necessary; field all staff issues/questions and serve as the internal ETO help desk to ensure that data is collected efficiently and effectively. Serve as intermediary between ECS staff and the software provider. 

• Supervise and evaluate interns as required.

Salary

$48,000 - $50,000salary is commensurate with skills and experience
