The E-commerce Product Evaluator will review and process incoming E-commerce product for Auction listing staff and work as a liaison between the E-commerce department and Seattle Goodwill retail stores.
Receive, evaluate and audit incoming and outgoing product from external stores.
Provide customer service and communication with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
Identify specialty and collectible items to list online (eBay and other marketplaces).
Sort, prepare and channel product to the proper marketplace to maximize donation value.
Data entry and maintaining a daily tracking of incoming and outgoing products.
Assist the Auction staff with listing, order picking and shipping when needed.
Maintain an eBay rating of at least 98%.
Meeting the required daily productivity quotas..
Assist listing staff with maintaining the warehouse organization and process
Assist Auctions staff in meeting E-commerce sales goals.
Partner and share with other Quality Control Specialists and E-commerce team to share and gain additional knowledge.
Demonstrate safe work practices through awareness and observation in support of a safety culture; reports any potential hazards or accidents.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 year E-commerce experience; thrift industry preferred.
Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses: Knowledge of current resale markets; online and thrift. Must have proficient computer and internet skills. Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees and customers.
Essential Physical Abilities:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for short distances. Standing for long periods of time; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing, climbing ladders. Able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).

Warehouse and retail environment, temperature varies, exposure to dust. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
