Position Summary:
The Registrar and Development Associate acts as the first point of contact for everyone entering our school. The Registrar and Development Associate is the point person for daily support needs of teachers, staff, students and parents. They are often the person community members first turn to when they have a question, and therefore the role requires quick problem-solving and a welcoming disposition. Administratively, the Registrar and Development Associate maintains student records and supports the Development Director with events and donor communications.

Holiday Pay - 5 federal holidays (Martin Luther King’s Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day)
Personal Days - 3 paid personal days to be used at any time
Sick Time - Each employee receives 1 Hour Paid Sick Leave for every 30 Hours Worked.
Workers comp and Social Security - You will be covered by the Federal Social Security, State Workers’ Compensation Insurance and California’s State Disability and Unemployment Insurance programs (SDI/UI). The SDI program is funded through mandatory employee contributions administered through payroll deduction. The cost of UI is paid by the School.
