Interaction Transition is currently seeking a part time (20 hrs/wk) Case Manager (CM) who will assist participants in connecting with community resources and finding employment. The CM will be primarily responsible for:

The ideal candidate will not only be able to work with participants, but will also be able to work with private sector employers in the Seattle metro area.
