Position Overview
The Senior Director of Programs will lead a dynamic unit comprising Community Programming, Legal Service Coordination, Statewide Service Coordination, and Training teams whose work advances justice and opportunity for immigrants and refugees. The Senior Director will oversee four direct reports, including supervising an attorney coordinating and providing legal services.
The Senior Director will oversee teams critical to achieving organizational impact: a Community Programming team leading legal service clinics, other service delivery and coordination, and immigrant-serving events statewide; an attorney leading Legal Service Coordination, including provision of legal services; a Training Team running the Immigrant Concerns Training Institute providing training on immigration law as well as a variety of other topics to service providers across the state; and a Statewide Service Coordination team working with partners and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, responsive information and reporting on the legal and other needs of newcomer communities.

Qualifications
Salary: $106,090.00/year**
*The NYIC has a transparent and equitable salary structure. Starting salaries for each position are set in advance with no room for negotiation.
