Play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of adolescent boys in a group home environment, assisting them as they develop appropriate coping skills for independent living or a return to their family.You must be comfortable in working in a fast paced environment with youth who are rewarding and challenging at the same time. Responsibilities include direct supervision of youth, transportation services, community outreach, and completion of tasks necessary to maintain a 24/7 household.
Full time, Part time and per diem positions currently available. Ability to work overnight shifts a plus. Starting salary $15+ per hour depending on background and experience. Knowledge and experience in working with adolescents required. Bachelor’s degree preferred but extensive experience may be substituted.
