About Mile High 360

Using out-of-school time – after school, weekends, and summer time through a 13-year cycle - Mile High 360 (MH360) is a dynamic community of youth (student members ages 11-24) and adults (staff, volunteers, mentors, and board members), working collectively in an iterative cycle of design-implement-assess-refine to self-support their quests to break the devastating cycle of poverty through education.

The MH360 curriculum spans a 13-year cycle and focuses on three interconnected areas: academics, health & wellness, and life skills. Student members join as early as 6th grade and remain in the program through the age of 24, participating in over 3,700 hours of activities across the 13 years.

Mile High 360 seeks a Director of Programming to lead the strategic direction and overall management of the organization’s programming operations.
