Program Analyst

Neighborhood Trust Financial Partners (Neighborhood Trust) seeks a full-time Program Analyst to be employed for a term of 3 months after hire. Neighborhood Trust is a data-driven non-profit organization providing financial coaching services to low income individuals in New York City and across the nation. Our coaches carefully record their interactions with clients in our Salesforce, and we frequently aggregate that data into reports in order to monitor our programs, report to partners and funders, and to analyze the efficacy of our initiatives and improve the services we offer. COVID-19 has hit the clients and communities we serve especially hard. To help our clients weather the crisis, Neighborhood Trust is scaling up its coaching services and is administering millions of dollars of direct cash relief. The Program Analyst will help manage reporting and data entry for both our regular programming our COVID emergency response initiatives in particular. A desire to gain experience as a key member of a dynamic non-profit team will be key for a successful candidate in this position.

Responsibilities:

•      Track COVID cash relief and coaching outreach campaigns

•      Assist with data management and reporting to internal and external stakeholders

•      Manage data quality by spot-checking data entry and using audit reports to identify and resolve data issues

•      Assist management and others with miscellaneous projects as directed by supervisor


Qualifications:

•      Bachelor’s Degree

•      Data manipulation experience (Excel or comparable; vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)

•      Experience using Salesforce or other CRM database a plus

•      Excellent attention to detail, strong analytic skills and ability to work independently

•      Proven ability to problem solve and to learn new systems, operations and processes

•      Collaborative work style and team ethic

•      Familiarity with social services and/or community based organizations

•      Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, but not required
