Habitat seeking Operations Coordinator for Home Preservation

Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley (HEBSV) is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator for our Home Preservation Program. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, and optimizing the Home Preservation team at Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley. This includes program administration and reporting. The individual in this role is responsible for tracking all funding and expenditures, for generating all applicant and project reporting, and for ensuring program compliance. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Some experience in a non-profit organization or in the construction industry may be helpful.
By providing affordable home repairs, our Home Preservation Program preserves homeownership for low-income residents while alleviating critical health and safety concerns. With our skilled construction staff and the enlisted help of volunteers, qualified homeowners can find help with a variety of interior and exterior repairs. Partnering homeowners are left with a new sense of pride and the ability to enjoy their homes for years to come.
