A Wider Circle is adding a new Coordinator of Agency Partnerships to join the team! This position is for someone with a deep passion for and commitment to working with the most vulnerable among us. The individual in this role will report to the Director of Agency Partnerships and work in tandem with the Client Relations team to schedule appointments for those referred to A Wider Circle by government and nonprofit agencies. More than 400 agencies refer their clients to A Wider Circle.

The Coordinator of Agency Partnerships should have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to prioritize and schedule appointments for basic need items. In addition, this individual will be expected to think big-picture about partnership possibilities and to brainstorm often with the Director of Agency Partnerships.

The Coordinator of Agency Partnerships will spend approximately 75% of their time scheduling referrals submitted by caseworkers from across the region. Approximately 25% of time will be spent communicating with case workers or clients or pursuing special projects as they arise (e.g., collaborating with other agencies to furnish a shelter).

Previous direct experience is ideal but most important in a candidate is the energy, commitment, and unyielding desire to support others, seek solutions, and be a change-agent in the movement to end poverty.

We are looking for an individual with at least three years of professional experience, though it is certainly a good position for someone with much more, as well. Experience in developing partnerships is also a highly desirable trait.

We offer health insurance, retirement, voluntary benefits, and more.
