JustLeadershipUSA seeks an experienced Office Administrator. The successful candidate will manage the day to day operations of the JLUSA office and provide overall administrative support. The Office Administrator must be able to work independently, in a fast pace environment, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Office Administrator performs a wide range of duties including the following:

• Handle day-to-day operations of office environment;

• Review and manage the ordering and stocking of supplies across all JLUSA locations;

• Process vendor payments and staff reimbursements;

• On-board new team members, volunteers, and interns;

• Coordinate meetings and events at the direction of the staff

• Plan and schedule meetings and/or conference calls on behalf of the leadership teams;

• Manage travel arrangements/appointments for leadership teams;

• Manage phone calls and correspondence (mail, emails, packages, etc.);

• Manage the organization of electronic files;

• Manage master calendar and coordinate team and all-staff meetings;

• Review, proofread, edit, revise work done by Leadership team members; 

• Record team meetings;

• Track supply levels and order supplies;

• Problem solve and troubleshoot technical difficulties;

• Maintain JLUSA storage and monitor swag inventory;

• Provide clerical support (photocopying, printing, etc.); and

• Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated ability to set strategy and execute plans.
